Atlas is designed to organize records across all cancer types. The relevance of any trial match or prognostic model still needs to be assessed for the individual patient.
What information can our team review?
Your team can bring together diagnoses, disease history, pathology reports, sample information, and genomic studies. Trial matching and prognostic models provide additional context for reviewing each case.
How does clinical trial matching work?
Atlas uses ClinicalTrials.gov to surface potential trial matches for review. A match does not confirm eligibility or availability. Your team should verify the current criteria and recruitment status with the treating clinician and study team.
Can we review genomic files in Atlas?
Yes. Atlas includes an igv.js viewer for exploring genomic studies and viewing VCF/MAF files alongside the clinical record. Interpretation remains with the qualified professionals reviewing the case.
Does Atlas make treatment recommendations?
Atlas brings information and review tools together to support your team’s assessment. It does not replace professional judgment. Patients and their treating clinicians make treatment decisions.
